the location was ideal for my trip. the hotel is right in the airport terminal and it made my early morning flight much easier. i also found the room service dinner to be really good. the menu had a lot of options.
the tv kept cutting off every few minutes. there were only 3 tissues in the box. i thought the hot water was barely warm. it was a bit disappointing.

the location next to terminal 3 was convenient. it made getting to my early flight simple. the walkway was clean though i noticed some wear! the room was quiet, blocking out airport noise. i appreciated this after a long day of travel.
The gym was smaller than i expected. It only had a few machines.

the check in was easy and the staff seemed friendly and cute to me.
my room had noise coming from the airport and it really bothered me. it was also hard to get the room dark as light came through the windows, hard to sleep well. the breakfast costed too much for its quality.

The hotel's direct connection to Terminal 3 was a HUGE plus. Access to Jewel was also super easy and convenient. The room was soundproofed, so I didn't hear any airport noise. The staff was always smiling and ready to help, really adding to the positive vibe.
I noticed limited hanging space in the room. It. More space or additional facilities would definitely be helpful.
